I spent 12 years telling patients to cut sugar. They'd come back six weeks later with the same labs and a bag of "sugar-free" products that were 98% erythritol. So we made one that does what we ask of our patients. That's it. — Manvi

Honest answers

How sweet is it vs sugar?

Two drops sweeten one cup of chai. The drops are about 4× sweeter than sugar. The powder is 1 g = 4 g sugar. Same sweetness, a quarter of the dose.

Will it spike my blood sugar?

No. Monk fruit is zero-glycemic. The powder also contains allulose, which is clinically demonstrated not to raise blood glucose. Hundreds of customers measure their readings 30 minutes after — same as fasting.

Why no erythritol?

Erythritol is the bulking agent in most "monk fruit" sweeteners (typically 98%). It bloats roughly a third of users, and a 2023 Cleveland Clinic study linked it to elevated cardiovascular risk markers in diabetics. We left it out of both Drops and Powder.

Does it cause bloating?

No. The Drops are just monk fruit, water, and vitamin C — nothing to digest. The Powder uses prebiotic guar fibre that actively feeds the gut, plus allulose (absorbed in the small intestine, doesn't ferment in the gut).

Can a diabetic use it daily?

Yes. It was formulated by a clinical nutritionist specifically for the prediabetic-to-Type-2 spectrum, and is recommended by endocrinologists and nutritionists. Many of our reviewers are on metformin or insulin. Check with your doctor about your specific case.

How long does one bottle last?

The 100-serving Drops bottle (10 ml) lasts ~50 days at 2 cups of chai a day. The 300-serving powder lasts roughly 5 months for the same use.

Is it tested for heavy metals?

Yes. Every batch is tested at an FSSAI-approved lab. Lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium — all well below FDA and FSSAI thresholds. Lab certificate available on request.

Can my kids use it?

Yes — no artificial sweeteners, no aspartame, no sucralose, no saccharin. Many parents use the powder in halwa and kheer. We'd still recommend keeping daily intake moderate, the same way you would with sugar.
