Sheen Hitaishi

Sheen Hitaishi is Chief Brand Officer and Co-Founder of The Sweet Change, which she started with her sister, Manvi Agnihotri. She runs our social media, customer retention and customer care, so she hears first what customers love and what they want changed.

Before The Sweet Change she spent four years writing for brands, most recently as Senior Content Writer at Univest, where her work covered UX writing, copywriting, ghostwriting, technical writing and proofreading. She started as a content developer at GetMyUni and studied at Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi.
