Meet the Founders

Manvi Agnihotri, Silver Medallist with a Master’s in Food & Nutrition, brings over a decade of clinical nutrition expertise and leads product innovation and brand strategy at The Sweet Change.

Alongside her, Sheen Hitaishi leads content, storytelling, and community making healthier living simple, relatable, and enjoyable for modern consumers.

How It Began?

After working with 11,000+ patients over 12 years in Clinical Nutrition, our founder saw one challenge repeatedly - people wanted to reduce sugar, but they didn’t want to give up sweetness.

The alternatives available felt like a compromise: artificial ingredients, bitter aftertastes, and products people couldn’t truly enjoy every day.

That frustration led to the creation of The Sweet Change a clean, natural sweetener designed to taste like real sugar, without the spike, guilt, or compromise.
